Shipping policy

On average, most orders are shipped same day if order is placed by 3pm cst. However, please allow 2-7 business days to ship due to possible delays from the coronavirus pandemic. Orders that ship as priority average 2-4 business days and first class averages 3-5 business days. Valour has no control over shipping delays once handed to the postal carriers. International orders will vary based on country and shipping speed.

Pickup/local delivery- pickup is available between the hours of 8am-9pm. Once your order is placed, we will text you/email you when your order is ready. For local delivery, our delivery hours are from 12pm-8pm. We will text/email you to confirm a time that works for your delivery during those hours. 

Refund policy 

We do not cover customer items for wrong size or wrong color.  We do strive for customer satisfaction, so if there is an quality issue with your order, please utilize our contact us page to contact us immediately so that we may come to a solution. All sales are considered final.

 Lost/stolen/damaged packages

Valour is not responsible for any packages after it has been handed over to the postal services. If a package does not show tracking or has been lost, please contact your postal carrier and provide your tracking number. The postal carrier will open a claim to investigate this issue. Stolen packages do not get reimbursed or replaced. Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the shipping carrier sends it back to Valour, you will need to pay for the additional shipping charge before Valour will attempt another shipping delivery. Valour is not responsible for any damage done during transit of ripped bags, smashed boxes, or opened packages during transit.
